If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
What can be returned
Items in original, unused condition with all packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items may be final sale — this is noted on the product page.
How to start a return
Email contact@oak-ly.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid label and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
Email a photo to contact@oak-ly.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.
